Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has taken a significant step towards enhancing transparency in its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by launching a dedicated CSR portal. The inauguration of this portal occurred during the Valedictory Function of ‘Vigilance Awareness Week 2023’ at IREDA’s registered office.

The newly introduced CSR portal is designed to facilitate transparency in the receipt and processing of CSR requests from various organizations and institutions. Accessible 24/7 to all those with a CSR policy and proposal checklist for examination, this portal aims to improve the efficient execution of IREDA’s social welfare initiatives as part of its CSR efforts. This move makes these initiatives more readily available to the public. Developed by IREDA’s IT team, the portal is easily accessible through the link on the IREDA website.
CMD of IREDA, Pradip Kumar Das, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to advancing renewable energy and Corporate Social Responsibility while emphasizing transparency and ethics as core values. He highlighted the CSR portal as a symbol of their dedication to these principles, promoting a paperless approach and a determination to better serve communities and stakeholders.
