Goals set for sustainable development, says CM

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said his government has set goals for sustainable development through which income will be created for the State as well as for individuals. He advocated the need for taking up natural farming suggested by Palekar during Janmabhoomi Maa Vooru programme at Chenneru Gunnepalliv in Mummidivaram mandal of East Godavari district on Wednesday.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Chandrababu Naidu said the State government chalked out action plan to achieve goals under Vision-2022, 2029 and 2050 to make the State number one in the country and world.

For this, he asked the people to chalk out village action plan, mandal and district plans for which administration will extend support.

He asked the people to utilise 1100 toll free number to register their problems or any complaints and said key performance indicators were set to implement real time governance at all levels.

He said his government will provide digital assistance to women and youth for operating smart and other latest phones and computer operations. He also announced that ‘Pendli Kanuka’ will be given to SC, ST, BC and other minorities towards marriage expenditure ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 40,000.

He said the State government was committed to completing Polavarm and stabilise irrigation in the State and give assured water to second crop.

Deputy Chief Minister N. Chinarajappa, Ministers K. Kala Venkatrao and N. Sujaya Krishna Ranga Rao, MLA Datla Subbaraju, Collector Karthikeya Mishra and others participated in the programme.
