REC Limited has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with THDC India Limited under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. REC has committed financial assistance of Rs 3.97 crore for the development of an olympic-size swimming pool at the THDC Water Sports High Performance Academy of Canoeing & Kayaking in Koteshwar, Tehri (Uttarakhand).
The agreement has been signed on Friday between REC Limited’s Executive Director (CSR) Pradeep Fellows and THDC General Manager and President of SEWA THDC Amardeep. The ceremony took place in the presence of REC Limited’s Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Vivek Kumar Dewangan; Director (Finance) Harsh Baweja and THDC Director (Personnel) Shallinder Singh.
